军哥求救！IP怎么访问不了网站

我装了服务器全套，nginx,php,mysql都安装成功了，但是访问网址（直接IP）总是无法访问到页面，但在/home/wwwlogs/access.log里却有记录。。

无法访问可能是iptables的问题

也有可能是国内的ip不允许直接用ip访问
