404错误页面好像只有在nginx.conf里定义才有效

我在/usr/local/nginx/conf/vhost/下的域名.conf 定义的好像无效，/usr/local/nginx/sbin/nginx -t 提示是正确的！

然后我就直接在/usr/local/nginx/conf/nginx.conf定义的，才有效，怎么回事，
那如此一说，那域名.conf 绑定的域名和默认文件夹，岂不是都是无效的！

我确实，是先放在域名.conf里的，404没跳到我上传的404页面，然后我在nginx.conf里定义404，重启，就成功转到我自己上传的那个404页面了！

军哥帮忙看看啊，我这个应该设置没错吧，那怎么老不能跳转到我自己的404的，难道一定得在nginx.conf里设置么

没错误，nginx.conf里是里面那虚拟主机的，其他的是其他虚拟主机的。
nginx重启了没

重启了，重启LNMP了，没有用！用"域名.conf"404还是没用，只能在nginx.conf里定义才能生效！
