伪静态开启，求助

第一次用lnmp

虚拟主机建立好站点。当初没有开启伪静态。
现在已经在
/usr/local/nginx/conf/
下建立了
destoon.conf
已加入官方的nginx的伪静态规则。
接下来操作步骤是？
搜索后疑问。
nginx.conf没有server段。
虚拟主机的配置文件/usr/local/nginx/conf/vhost/www.xxx.com.conf
把 include other.conf 修改为 destoon.conf
/root/lnmp restart
后提示 No input file specified.
是我操作有误还是其他错误，麻烦军哥给解决下。
